We are on the airplane right now, on our way to… Bombay !!!
For those who don’t know it’s been years that I’m very attracted by the indian classical music and 2 years ago our friend and sound ingeneer husky huskold played us for the first time a song with the voice of the incredible : Lata mangeshkar ! I felt in love with her voice and slowly discovered the world of old clasical Bollywood music (1940-1970)….
One night… Searching for new songs to listen to, was born in my mind a dream to collaborate with this kind of orchestra and mix my songs,our sound with this classical Bollywood sound. So… We are lucky to go and meet an incredible orchestrator/composer called: pyarelal with the help of our friend Pierre Walfitsz who contacted us with pyarelal and who help us in this adventure, and with our old friend Zoriah (www.zoriah.net) who will film and take picture of whatever will happen …

So the tour is over and Yael and her crew had to chance to play and of course visit New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Toronto and Montreal.

If you guys remember correctly, Yael had the idea of a contest so that a couple of lucky fans could receive a hand written souvenir-card from Yael on each day of the tour.

As you probably know, a few days ago Yael Naim has started a North American tour.

For the occasion Yael came up with a fun idea. A contest to receive postcards from her!

Yael will be posting a photo from the city where she is. Be the first to find the city she’s in and she’ll send you a souvenir card from this very place!

We also had the suprise to receive a platine album… so we partied with our friends and family after the show and had a beautiful time…
The show itself was unforgetable !!! Like a dream !

The day after we went to the US for 2 weeks for the album release and for 2 concerts, and then after to ISRAEL for one week for 2 concerts ! so many things to tell … we will post pictures and some storys soon !
