Amiens festival
We had a refreshing time in Amiens festival … (thank you Pierre Walfisz !!!) ,the general feeling was so funny and exciting …
The people in the concerts were amazing and warm, we loved Piers Faccini and Vincent Segal acoustic and intimate show and after our concert we stayed to dance on the sound and mix of Remy Kolpa Kopoul till we could not stand on our feet anymore… then …. complitely exausted … we found ourselves with Pierre Walfits (the genious guy) , RKK , Piers , Daniel Romeo (our brother) and the football player Vikash Dhorasoo… to speak nonsense till we almost died from laughing .
Amsterdam
Spending the day in amsterdam before our concert …. first time for me, i loved it. Also we saw our friend Zoriah…

Mayra Andrade
Mayra Andrade came at home last week and we had such a sweet time rehearsing for Bourges festival creation Yeke Yeke (around africa) + we invited her to sing in our concerts … we LOVE her voice so much !

On sunday afternoon… David and I went to see Mathias (Malzieu) exposition around his new book Métamorphose en bord de ciel in L’Art de Rien gallery…
What a beautyful thing, 40 artists chosen by Mathias created a visual adaptation of the universe in his book.
You can go to see it from March 16th to May 1st in the gallery L’Art de Rien, 48 rue d’Orsel – 75018 Paris.
After it we continued to the SALON DU LIVRE, still with Mathias, we walked around and bought some books while he was signing his new book :)

We worked with Laurent Seroussi, our crazy talented friend from the old days (New Soul, Too Long, Far Far ) and we did it in Laurent studios in Bergerac (near the lake of “New Soul”) … No need to tell you how happy we were to be here again :)
The song Come Home speaks about me and my family so … we reconstuct some kind of funny family made from :
Rémy Kolpa Kopoul from Radio Nova as my grandfather , Dick Annegarn as my father , Mathias from the group Dionysos as my big brother and Anne Marie Dordor (our head of PR in Tôt ou Tard) as my mother :) …

It was crazy crazy and we want to thank all the team for those unforgettable 2 days !

When we started this blog, full of motivation, David was suspecting it will happen… Well, the moment we started the tour everything became so intense that I didn’t write much… what a shame… So here is a part of what i wanted to write during all this period :
The tour is just incredible, you are all here with us and we have our friends on stage and we live really strong moments with you !
I know im boring but I want to say thank you thank you and again thank you… see you again next week.

Yael Naim wins the “Victoire de la Musique” of the Best Female Singer, few weeks after her victory in the “Globe de Cristal” awards !

Feb 11 11Yael Naim wins the “Globe de Cristal” award (French culture awards) of the Best Female Singer !
Monday night, Yael Naim was awarded the “Globe de Cristal” (Cristal Globe) of the Best Female Singer during the ceremony of the Globes de Cristal.
We can’t wait for the 1st of March to know if she will keep going this way during the “Victoires de la Musique” (french equivalent of the Grammy Awards), in which she is nominated as Best Female Singer of the Year faced with Asa, Coeur de Pirate and Vanessa Paradis !

Hi, We wanted to thank you for the 2 amazing concerts in the Café de la Danse. It was our first shows for the new album release and we were very touched from the moments we all live together.
Special thanks for your patience in the second day and forgive us for this lateness, we were stuck in the snow and I thought we wouldn’t make it for the show… So thank you again for having been all here with us with such a great energy!
